1. The cut flowers or pot plants will be immediately packed and shipped to the clients after received full payments.
2. The cut flowers or pot plants will be shipped in carton by only aircraft.
3. In case of low quality or damaged, the clients must send the collateral evidence in the original containers to Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd within 48 hours for Cut Flower and 10 days for Pot Plant after the shipment has arrived your destinations. After the approval of us, the new cut flowers or pot plants will be sent and undertaken by Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd exclude the airfreight and shipping charged.
4. In case of Fumigation, the problems which happen during the customs duty inspection, Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd. will undertake only the cost of fumigation and replacement orchids. In the part of airfreight and shipping charged will be undertaken by the clients.
