Reference Information
1. All prices are quoted in US Dollars at F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Because of our products is agricultural products, all prices of cut flowers or pot plants are vary depending on market demand and supply of crops.
3. The expenditure of Packing, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Cost will be undertaken by Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd.'
4. The cost of Shipping Charge will be undertaken by the clients.
Term of Payment
1. Payment in Advance, all orders must be paid in full amount by credit card before shipping.
2. Besides credit card payment, the payments are accepted by T/T through our Advising Bank.

3. Other expenditures beyond above details will be undertaken by the clients.
Term of Shipment
1. The cut flowers or pot plants will be immediately packed and shipped to the clients in healthy condition after received full payments.
2. Your order will be sent to you within 1-2 business days, depending on each country's route, after payment has accomplished.
3. The cut flowers or pot plants will be shipped in carton by only aircraft.
4. All Air Freight must be Freight Prepaid.
Returning Conditions
1. In case of low quality or damaged, the clients must send the collateral evidence in the original containers to Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd within 48 hours for Cut Flower and 10 days for Pot Plant after the shipment has arrived your destinations. After the approval of us, the new cut flowers or pot plants will be sent and undertaken by Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd exclude the airfreight and shipping charged.
2. In case of Fumigation, the problems which happen during the customs duty inspection, Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd. will undertake only the cost of fumigation and replacement orchids. In the part of airfreight and shipping charged will be undertaken by the clients.
3. All items must be returned in the original containers.
4. After you meet the problems about cut flowers or pot plants, please fill in the Returning Form as according to your happening problems.

Discounts have impact on Web Order only. Discounts are not cover any orchids show/sale or with any other offering beyond this on-line catalog.

- 10% for $1,500 to $3,000
