1. In case of low quality or damaged, the clients must send the collateral evidence to Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd within 48 hours for Cut Flower and 10 days for Pot Plant after the shipment has arrived your destinations. After the approval of us, the new orchids or other flowers will be sent and undertaken by Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd exclude the airfreight and shipping charged.
2. All items must be returned in the original containers
3. In case of Fumigation, the problems which happen during the customs duty inspection, Bangkok Intimex Co., Ltd. will undertake only the cost of fumigation and replacement orchids. In the part of airfreight and shipping charged will be undertaken by the clients.
